Content Marketing & Performance Creative

Content marketing is the production of editorial, web and advertising content built around demand that already exists — what buyers search for and ask. It covers topic research, editorial production, landing pages, and performance creative for ad channels. Avar Systems writes content to be cited by both search engines and AI answer engines, then measures it against conversion rather than engagement.

Decisions here are made on numbers

Topic and gap analysis computed from search and CRM data. Drafts are AI-assisted; every published claim is human-reviewed and sourced.

0 pieces a month, briefed and shipped each against a mapped query
0 briefs held in the live plan mapped to a funnel stage
0% of drafts human-edited before publish no unreviewed generation

Figures describe a mid-sized engagement — a quarterly plan against a mapped buying journey. Illustrative of an engagement at this size, not a named client’s results. These describe the volume of work and how it is governed — not an outcome we are claiming on someone else’s behalf.

Scope

What’s included

8 workstreams. Each one is a thing that gets done, not a thing that gets discussed.

01

Topic and demand research

Clusters derived from search data and sales conversations, so production starts from evidence rather than a brainstorm.

02

Editorial production

Guides, comparisons, definitions and FAQs — the formats both search engines and AI assistants draw on.

03

Landing page copy

Pages written for one intent each, with the answer near the top.

04

Performance creative

Ad concepts and variants built to be tested, in static, motion and short-form video.

05

Content refresh programme

A quarterly pass over existing pages, because a stale page loses ground whether or not anyone touches it.

06

Structured data on content

Article and FAQPage markup so machines can parse and attribute what you published.

07

Editorial governance

Bylines, credentials, review dates and sourcing standards — the signals that distinguish a maintained source from a content mill.

08

Reporting

Rankings and citations per cluster, and the conversions each piece contributed.

Process

How we run it

5 stages. The first two happen before any spend is committed.

How it connects

One connection layer, not 7 brittle integrations

Work happens in accounts and properties you own. Each system is reached through its own MCP server, authenticated with a token scoped to an account you own — so the data is read where it already lives rather than copied over to us.

How content & creative connects through one MCP layer Our AI tooling acts as the MCP client. It speaks one protocol to a set of MCP servers, one per system. Each server talks to that system's own API using a scoped token on an account you own. On the left, the 3 platform groups the work runs in. On the right, the 1 part of your own stack it reads from and writes back to. Measurement

What we measure, and how often

Agreed before work starts, so a later claim of improvement is checkable against a baseline rather than asserted.

Monthly
Cluster ranking coverage Whether the hub is gaining authority across its whole topic
Monthly
Citations in AI answers Whether assistants treat your content as a source
Quarterly
Assisted pipeline Content that influences deals without being the last click

FAQ

Content & Creative — common questions

Do you use AI to write the content?

AI is used for research, outlining and first-pass drafting. Published work is written and reviewed by people, and anything factual is checked against a source. Content that reads as generated is both a brand problem and, increasingly, a ranking one.

How much content do we need?

Fewer, better pages covering a topic properly beats a high publishing count. The cluster plan sets the number, and it is usually smaller than people expect and more thorough than they expect.

Who owns the content?

You do. Copy, creative and source files are handed over, the same way Avar hands over code and infrastructure on engineering work.

Can you write for a technical or regulated category?

Yes, with access to a subject-matter reviewer on your side. We draft, your expert verifies, and the byline reflects who actually stands behind it.
