CRO & Marketing Analytics Services

Conversion rate optimisation is the practice of increasing the share of visitors who complete a valuable action, using research, hypotheses and controlled experiments. Marketing analytics is the measurement layer underneath it: tracking, attribution and reporting. Avar Systems builds both — GA4 and tag management implementations you can audit, and experiments run against revenue metrics, not surface engagement.

Decisions here are made on numbers

This is the data layer itself — the tracking, the reconciliation, and the variance between what the platform claims and what your CRM recorded.

0 experiments run a quarter reached a decision, not abandoned
0 tracking defects found and closed before any test was trusted
0% confidence required to call a test stated before the test starts

Figures describe a mid-sized engagement — a single commercial funnel with enough traffic to test on. Illustrative of an engagement at this size, not a named client’s results. These describe the volume of work and how it is governed — not an outcome we are claiming on someone else’s behalf.

Scope

What’s included

8 workstreams. Each one is a thing that gets done, not a thing that gets discussed.

01

Analytics implementation

GA4 and Google Tag Manager built to a documented measurement plan, not accumulated tag by tag.

02

Conversion and event design

An agreed definition of what counts as a conversion, applied consistently across every channel.

03

Attribution reconciliation

Closing the gap between what the ad platforms claim and what your CRM recorded.

04

Funnel and friction research

Analytics, session recordings and form analysis to locate where intent is being lost.

05

Experiment programme

Hypotheses, test design, and results read honestly — including the tests that found nothing.

06

Landing page and form optimisation

The highest-leverage surfaces, because they sit directly under paid spend.

07

Dashboard build

One view across ad spend, site behaviour and CRM outcomes, in Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase or a custom app.

08

Reporting and governance

Tracking QA on a schedule, so measurement does not quietly rot after launch.

Process

How we run it

5 stages. The first two happen before any spend is committed.

1 Measurement audit
2 Measurement plan
3 Implement and QA
4 Research
5 Test and bank
How it connects

One connection layer, not 8 brittle integrations

Work happens in accounts and properties you own. Each system is reached through its own MCP server, authenticated with a token scoped to an account you own — so the data is read where it already lives rather than copied over to us.

How cro & analytics connects through one MCP layer Our AI tooling acts as the MCP client. It speaks one protocol to a set of MCP servers, one per system. Each server talks to that system's own API using a scoped token on an account you own. On the left, the 2 platform groups the work runs in. On the right, the 2 parts of your own stack it reads from and writes back to. Nothing is copied out: the data is read where it already lives. srv srv srv srv Analytics & tags GA4, Google Tag Manager Other platforms Google Optimize-class testing to… PostgreSQL / Supabase CRM & lifecycle HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce Warehouse & BI Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase Our AI tooling the MCP client — asks, reasons, drafts every action human-signed MCP One connection layer one contract, not 8 integrations Your accounts, your tokens scoped OAuth on properties you own read by default · writes named up front srv — an MCP server per system, speaking that system’s own API

Measurement

What we measure, and how often

Agreed before work starts, so a later claim of improvement is checkable against a baseline rather than asserted.

FAQ

CRO & Analytics — common questions

Why start with analytics instead of campaigns?

Because every optimisation decision after it depends on the measurement being right. Scaling spend on a broken conversion definition multiplies the error rather than the result, so tracking comes first in every engagement.

Our platform numbers and CRM numbers never match. Is that normal?

Some variance is expected — attribution windows and de-duplication differ by design. A large or unexplained gap is a tracking defect, and finding which of the two is wrong is part of the audit.

How much traffic do we need to run experiments?

Enough for a result to mean something. Below that threshold the useful work is qualitative research and fixing obvious friction, and we will say so rather than run tests that cannot reach significance.

Who owns the analytics and dashboards?

You do. Analytics live in your own properties and dashboards are built in your accounts — consistent with how Avar handles data residency on engineering work.
